Common differences such as different interface types (one USB-A, one USB-C), different supported fast charging protocols, and different plug specifications (Russian standard/European standard) do not mean that merging is absolutely impossible. As long as the core circuit and parameters are consistent and the body deems the test representative after assessment, merging may be possible.
